That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation
Areas) Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of the demolition a scheme for making good the exposed walls of the original building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the scheme shall be implemented within six months of the commencement of the demolition works.
Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the building and the conservation area in
accordance with policy CON9 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
