That the materials for the fascia sign hereby permitted shall be as described in the applicant's letter dated 23rd November 2001 unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the details of the sign are satisfactory in accordance with policies G13 and CON12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
