That the signage shall be hand painted onto the existing timber fascia as described in the applicant's letter dated 23rd November 2001 unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the details of the sign are satisfactory in accordance with policies G13 and CON12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
