That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the lighting hereby permitted shall not be used between the hours of 11 pm and 6 am unless otherwise agreed in writin by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect local amenity of the area and neighbours in accordance with policy G1 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of surface water drainage works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing. Reason: In the interests of public health in accordance with policy G6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
