That at the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued. Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and that any future application can be decided on this assessment.

That the buildings shall be permitted only for the purposes specified in the application, for the storage of materials for theatrical props and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policies G1, G10, C2 and C11 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That at the expiration of a period of 3 years from the date of this permission the use of the buildings as specified in the application shall cease. Reason: In order that the effect of the use and in particular the traffic associated with it can be assessed and that any future application can be decided on this assessment in accordance with Policies C11, C2 and G10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
