Decision
Planning Permission on 6th December 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the accommodation hereby permitted shall remain as ancillary to the use of the existing dwelling as one residential unit and shall not be used or occupied separately. Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy and would be contrary to policies G5 and H6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
