That the land edged red on the plan received 30 August 2002, (marked 'car park') shall be used only for the purpose of parking vehicles in connection with Buffalo Fence Ltd, as specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever without the prior grant of planning permission by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Upon the site ceasing to be occupied by Buffalo Fence Ltd, the use shall cease, and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state.
Reason: To protect local amenities and the countryside in accordance with Policy C2 of the
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan
That the existing vegetation and boundary fencing along the whole of the boundary to the compound shall be retained and maintained at a height not less than 1.8m in perpetuity.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy C2 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan
