That the storage rack hereby permitted shall be reduced in height to 3.4 metres in accordance with the approved plans within 6 weeks from the date of the permission.

Reason: To reduce the prominence of the storage rack on the site which lies within the Chilterns 
               Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in accordance with Policies G1 and C2 of the 
               Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the colour of the paint to be used for the rack shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within 28 days of the date of this permission.  Thereafter the structure shall be painted within 4 weeks of the date of the approval of the details and shall be permanently maintained in the same colour.
