Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the work hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work is commenced.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed
