That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the work hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work is commenced. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies G1 and CON3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That work shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
