That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the details of the external extraction shall be as shown on the plan received 2nd November 2001 and the manufacturers brochure received 15th November 2001 unless otherwise agreed in rwiting with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policy CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

The use hereby approved shall not be carried out on and no customer shall be served or remain on the premises outside the hours of 9am and 5pm on Monday to Friday inclusive or at weekends or on bank holidays. Reason: To ensure the use is not unneighbourly in accordance with policy G7 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
