Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 13th December 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the location of the proposed two storey side extension and its relationship with the Beech Tree in the garden of 95a St Marks Road , which is protected by a Tree Preservation Order, the proposal would threaten the health and stability of the Beech Tree and create pressure for its continued lopping or removal. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1 and C16 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
