That the materials to be used for the new conservatory roof shall be as stated on the forms submitted as part of the application received 10th October 2001 unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies H12, E6 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
