Planning Permission on 19th November 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the extensions shall be constructed and finished in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be constructed in the north-west and south-east elevations of the extension other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the glazing annotated as FW10 on Drawing No. 2052-P-101 in the oriel window in the south eastern (side) elevation of the dwelling shall be glazed in obscure glass and fixed shut prior to first occupation of the rear extension and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
