That having regard to the size and bulk of the proposed extensions and their inappropriate details of design, the proposed extensions would result in a cramped and intrusive form of development which would detract from the character and appearance of the locality.  As such the proposal would be contrary to policies G8 and H12 of the Councils adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and the advice in the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
