Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the walls and roofs of the garage and covered walkway shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the new dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are acceptable, in accordance with
policies G8 and H5 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
