Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 18th January 2002
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The proposal would involve the removal of the hedgerow along the eastern boundary of the site and in the loss of the natural screening of the compound buildings and would therefore detract from the rural character and appearance of the locality which lies within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As such the proposal would be contrary to policies G8 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
