Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 6th March 2002
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the use of the site for the storage, distribution, inspection and valeting of motor vehicles, including storage in an open-sided barn, would result in an inappropriate activity in an attractive rural location, which would be detrimental to the character and visual amenity of the area, which lies within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Therefore the development would be contrary to the general, countryside and employment policies of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan particularly policies G1, G5, C2, C10, C11 and E6.
