Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of the bricks to be used for the buttressing hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence on site. Thereafter the bricks used shall not be other than those approved.
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
policies CON3, CON4 and CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
That details of the mortar to be used for the buttressing hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence and thereafter the mortar used shall be as approved.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the historic structure in accordance
with policies CON3, CON4 and CON5 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
