That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the making good of the front elevation shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those on the existing building unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policy CON6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
