Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety of the listed building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no works shall begin until a detailed specification of all internal and external work including any repairs has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the work shall not proceed other than in accordance with the approved specification. Reason: To protect the character and special interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON5 and CON6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
