That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of any work in connection with the garden walls a sample panel of the brick and flintwork shall be constructed and made available for inspection on site. Thereafter the work shall not proceed until the sample panel has been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the new walls match the existing and respect the setting of the listed buildings in accordance with Policies G8 and CON7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
