Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, and the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting those orders with or without modification) the buildings shall be used only for storage purposes within Use Class B8 and no other use whatsoever, without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: That any other use of the buildings would require further detailed consideration by the Local Planning Authority in accordance with Policy C11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the use hereby permitted shall be confined solely to the buildings. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no part of the buildings shall be used for the sale of goods. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy G1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no deliveries or despatches associated with the use hereby permitted shall take place from the land outside the hours of 0800 - 1800 on Mondays to Fridays and 0800 - 1300 on Saturdays. There shall be no deliveries or despatches on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policies G7 and C11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
