That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That, prior to the commencement of any work in association with the lighting hereby permitted, a plan identifying those paving slabs to be repaired and/or replaced together with details of the replacement slabs shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the work shall only proceed in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the work does not detract from the character and appearance of the
listed pavement in accordance with Policies CON6 and CON10 of the Council's
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
