Reason: In order to protect the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance 
             with policy CON12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the sign hereby permitted shall be constructed with painted timber and no other material(s) whatsoever and in accordance with the details received by the Council on
5 October 2001.
