That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That there shall be no illumination to the fascia sign hereby permitted. Reason: In order to protect the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with policy CON12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the sign hereby permitted shall be constructed with painted timber and no other material(s) whatsoever and in accordance with the details received by the Council on 5 October 2001. Reason: In order to protect the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with policy CON12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
