That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies H12 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
