That no development shall be carried out on the site unless an application for planning permission in that behalf is first submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority, and this condition shall apply notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995. Reason: To protect local amenities.

That the development hereby approved shall not be occupied other than for purposes of holiday accommodation of for visitors connected with the equestrian centre and shall not be occupied by the same person(s) for more than 28 days in any calendar year, or such other period as may be first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and written records of letting and occupiers shall be made available for inspection by the Local Planning Authority at any time. Reason: The building is unsuitable to accommodate a permanent residential use by reason of its location within the main equestrian complex.
