Planning Permission on 6th November 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the garage shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the consulting room and ancillary facilities hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only as ancillary residential accommodation or as an osteopathy consulting room by Mrs Hale whilst resident at Chance Cottage in accordance with the details contained in the letter from the agent dated 29 October 2001.
Reason: The separate use of the premises for business purposes could result in additional
traffic and activity in and around the site to the detriment of the amenity of
neighbouring residents contrary to Policies H12 and E9 of the Council's adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
