Planning Permission on 25th September 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the north east and south west elevations or roofslopes of the property other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the three upper rooflights serving the first floor in the north east elevation and all the rooflights in the south west elevation shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the new accommodation hereby approved and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
