Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That no development shall take place until details of the materials and external finishes for the conservatory hereby approved have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.  Thereafter the development shall be constructed in accordance with the approved materials and finishes.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
             policies H12 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
