Decision
Planning Permission on 5th September 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of, and if necessary samples, of all materials and external finishes for the external walls, roof and fenestration of the workshop and kennel hereby permitted.
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
policies C2, CON7 and H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
That the workshop and kennel hereby permitted shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the occupants of Headlams and shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever or be occupied as a separate unit of residential accommodation.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to protect local amenities. A separate
unit of accommodation or business or commercial activity would represent an
undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of
amenity and privacy and be contrary to policies H6 and E6 of the Council's adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
