Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of three years from the date of this permission or within two months of occupation of the new GP Surgery, whichever is the earlier, the buildings shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state.

Reason: That planning permission is only granted to provide temporary medical facilities to 
               continue to be provided whilst a permanent new Surgery is provided.

That prior to the first use of the temporary accommodation hereby permitted provision shall be made within the application site for the parking of 25 cars in accordance with a scheme, which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that adequate parking is provided in accordance with policy G11 of the 
               Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the buildings hereby permitted shall only be occupied and used as a GP Surgery in connection with the use of the adjacent Barn Surgery for the same purposes.

Reason: That planning permission is only granted to provide temporary medical facilities to 
               continue to be provide whilst a permanent new Surgery is provided.
