Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.

Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with 
             Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, details of the swimming pool drainage system shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.  Works carried out in respect of the swimming pool drainage shall be carried out in accordance with the details as approved.

Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution and to accord with Policy G6 
             of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
