Planning Permission on 16th October 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That notwithstanding any indications as to those matters which may have been given in the application, no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the external walls and roofs. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with policies G8 and H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the garage doors shall be constructed with vertical dark stained timber boarding. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the garage building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: The use of the building as separate residential accommodation would be contrary to policy H6 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the south east elevation of the garage building. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply with policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
