Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, the materials to be used for the walls and roof of the extension shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
policies G8 and H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, the materials to be used for the roof of the garage shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
policies G8 and H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, the materials to be used for the walls of the garage shall be as specified on drawing no. GC 2001/16 accompanying the application.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with
policies G8 and H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
