That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That no development shall take place until details of the external materials and finishes for the conservatory hereby approved have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the development shall be constructed in accordance with the approved materials and finishes. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and preserve the character of the Watlington Conservation Area in accordance with policies H12 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
