That samples of the materials to be used for the external covering of the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before their installation. No other materials shall be used on the roof than those approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policy CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the external walls and doors shall be finished with oak boarding, which shall either be left in its natural state or shall be dark stained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policy CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron with gutters of the half-round type. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with policy CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
