Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the conservatory hereby approved shall be as specified on the plan received on 4 July 2001, with the brick plinth to the conservatory having a painted finish to match the existing dwelling in colour, type and texture.

Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with 
             policies H12 and C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
