That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows or roof lights shall be constructed in the roof slopes or elevations of the extension hereby permitted. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to accord with policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the bathroom windows in the north-east elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to accord with policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
