Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building.

That the brickwork to the conservatory hereby permitted shall match in colour, type and texture that used on the original dwelling, with a painted/stained timber frame to the conservatory, unless otherwise first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
