Decision
Planning Permission on 19th September 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That no water skiing shall take place between the 1 November and 31 March each year. Reason: In order to avoid disturbance to Herons during their breeding season and to protect other nature conservation interests in accordance with Policy C13 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the water ski use shall be as described in the applicant's Planning Statement dated 3 August 2001 as a private Members Club with not more than one inter-club competition being held in any one calendar year. Reason: That the levels of traffic associated with a more intensive use would be likely to result in an unacceptable impact on the local highway network and result in greater disturbance of nature conservation interests in the area, conflicting with policies G10 and C13 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
