Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences. Thereafter the work shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in
accordance with policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That work shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the work shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in
accordance with policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
