Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the brick piers during the alterations.
Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the piers in accordance with Policy CON6 of
the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the single skin blockwork infill shall be clad with dark stained vertical boarding on horizontal battening unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To secure a satisfactory appearance in accordance with policies CON6, CON7 and
C2 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
