That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the operation of the units shall produce a rating level no greater than 5 dB below the background level according to the assessment procedure given in BS 4142:1997 as measured by noise readings taken at the boundary to the nearest residential property.
Reason: To protect local amenities of neighbouring residents in accordance with Policy G7
of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
