Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the extension shall not be occupied until the parking provision has been constructed, surfaced and laid out, as shown on Appendix 3A received on 12 July 2001; and such parking provision shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with policy G11 and Appendix 2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
