That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority full details of the studwork and treatment of the ceilings for the building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and protect the character of the listed building as required by Policy CON5 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
