Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To safeguard the special interest of this curtilage listed building in accordance with policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special interest of this curtilage listed building in accordance with policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, prior to the commencement of works a structural report detailing any alterations to the structure of the building resulting from the removal of the internal wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, any works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special interest of this curtilage listed building in accordance with policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, prior to the commencement of works a plan detailing finished floor level of the office (including any alterations) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special interest of this curtilage listed building in accordance with policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
