That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the buildings and structures hereby approved shall only be used for ancillary storage in connection with The Kenton Theatre and shall not be used for any other purpose, including as workshops. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to protect local amenities in accordance with policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no goods, plant or machinery shall be stored, operated or repaired in the open without the prior written permission of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to protect local amenities in accordance with policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, prior to the first use of the buildings hereby approved, the materials resulting from the removal of the existing structures shall be removed from the site and the land restored to its former condition unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to protect local amenities in accordance with policy G7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
