That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to any work commencing, a scheme detailing how the section of wall to be retained will be made good shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the wall shall be made good in accordance with the approved scheme prior to the first use of the front garden for the parking of vehicles. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with policies CON10 and CON15 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
