Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, and the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting those orders with or without modification) the building shall be used only for light industrial purposes within Use Class B1c and no other use whatsoever, without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: That any other use of the building would require further detailed consideration by
the Local Planning Authority in accordance with Policy C11 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the use hereby permitted shall be confined solely to the building.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no part of the building shall be used for the sale of goods.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policy G1 of the South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That no work associated with the use hereby permitted shall take place on the land outside the hours of 0800-1800 Mondays to Fridays and 0800-1300 on Saturdays. The use hereby permitted shall not take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with
policies G7 and C11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
