That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the luminaries hereby permitted shall be as detailed in the associated listed building application (P01/S0765/LB) unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: Details of the luminaries are not provided with this application and to ensure that the fittings are of a type that causes minimum damage to the listed pavement in accordance with policies CON6 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of any work in association with the lighting hereby permitted a plan identifying those paving slabs to be repaired and/or replaced together with details of the replacement slabs shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the work shall only proceed in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the work does not detract from the character and appearance of the listed pavement in accordance with policies CON6 and CON10 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
